		<description>Regarding Ruby in the workplace / making a living in Ruby, the company I work for - We Are Titans - is a company that aims at knocking down the wall that, IMO, stands between &#039;Rubyists&#039; and companies: matching talented developers with positions.

You&#039;re absolutely right about intermediate developers demanding the same pay as experts. We recruit directly through open source, most of our staff are Ruby developers themselves, and we do a lot to involve ourselves with our &#039;Titans&#039; - including weekly state-of-the-union Campfire meetings.</description>
